Change is something happening outside of us; we have no control over it happening. (Think Pandemic.)

But what happens after that has a lot to do with you you adjust to change and use it to improve your life. This is called transition. It's emotional, uncertain and most of us have few skills to deal with it effectively. We often feel disconnected, inadequate, fearful of making the wrong decision. Most of us want it to be over as quickly as possible, but it is innately slow. It can be overwhelming with feeling a loss of self - that part of you that produces the energy, fire and enthusiasm you really need to get to the other side.

But what if it didn't have to be so difficult?

I'm Mary Lyn Miller, and after struggling through my own transition with a life-threatening cancer and finding very little that explained to me how to get out of the confusing stage I was in, I began to put together surprising approaches that really made a difference. The result is a step-by-step process that has helped our clients' transition, not just to the "other side," but into lives and work representing their individually determined fulfillment and sense of purpose, recapturing their energy and zest for life. We did it that way because that was what I needed to recapture my life.
